Our hospital is run on an appointment system. By working this way we allow for more effective time for examinations, consultations, surgeries, and treatment of hospitalized patients. By calling in advance for your appointment, we allow liberal time to examine your pet, evaluate its problems, and answer your questions. If you need to cancel a previously scheduled appointment of surgery, please call us 24 hours in advance. With your cooperation we can then use that time to see someone else’s pet. At Orange Grove Animal Hospital, we feel an obligation to provide you and your pet with the most progressive diagnostic, therapeutic, and surgical services we can offer. To do so we must employ an exceptional professional and technical staff and maintain a modern and well-equipped facility. Our fees are, out of necessity, structured to support this level of service. We have no desire to extend anyone beyond their means or their intentions. Please feel free to discuss the anticipated costs of diagnostic work-ups, treatment, or surgery with the veterinarian or staff. A deposit is required when pets are left at the hospital. All accounts must be paid in full before your pet can be discharged. For your convenience we will accept MasterCard, Visa. Discover and Care Credit.Good communication is an absolute necessity in the Hospital-Veterinarian-Client relationship. Please notify us of any questions, concerns, or comments that you may have. We appreciate constructive observations and suggestions that help us improve our services to you and your pet.
